Ravinder Chandrasekar has produced films like Natpuna Ennanu Theriyuma, Murungaikai Chips through Libra Productions. Ravinder married serial actress Mahalakshmi last year.

Recently, a case was filed against Ravinder Chandrasekhar in the Chennai Central Crime Branch Police for cheating 16 crore rupees by saying that he would join the person named Balaji as a partner to start a project to generate electricity using waste.

Ravinder filed two bail pleas which were rejected. Subsequently, while he had filed a bail petition in the Madras High Court, it was granted on the condition that Ravinder Chandrasekhar should pay a surety of Rs.5 crore.

Thenandal Murali Introduced Balaji

Ravinder Chandrasekhar, who is now out on bail, has given an interview to a leading YouTube channel. "Balaji, who produced Eswaran with actor Simbu, filed a case against me. Balaji was introduced to me through Tamil Film Producers Association president Thenandal Murali and his friends. He himself has clearly mentioned in his complaint that he was introduced through Thenandal Murali.

I have clear CCTV evidence of what he came for, what we talked about in my office, why he gave me the money. As the case related to this is pending, I cannot give any further information about it. Also, Mahalakshmi is my everything for me after my mother. No one can separate Mahalakshmi from me." In that interview, Ravindran tearfully said "Whatever the haters say, I will not let go of anyone who sent me to jail."
