Arulnidhi recently spoke about this film while a song explaining father's affection in the film by Sam CS is going viral on the internet. He said, "Though we act in one film after another, only a few films remain close to our hearts. This 'Thiruvin Kural' is such a film. In this film I am playing a special talent. In this, I play the role of a hearing impaired person.

Earlier, I had acted in the same role in the film 'Brindhavanam' directed by Radha Mohan. If there is one film that I will never forget in my artistic journey, it is the film Brindavanam. After that, I got such a challenging role in this film. To do justice to the role in Brindavanam, I learned the language of action and acted accordingly. But I did not act like that in this film. Because the story is structured in such a way that the other characters make me understand rather than me making the efforts.

This film is set in a hospital. Bharathiraja Sir has played the role of the father. My family was very happy that I acted with him. The song written by Vairamuthu in this film is popular now. At first I was a little scared that we were going to act with Bharathiraja sir. I knew a lot about him. But I was surprised how naturally he behaved like a child on the set."
