Mumbai (UNI): India's most popular hidden camera comedy show 'MTV Bakra' can now be viewed on Nick, the country's first multi-genre kids' TV channel. On air from June 5, the show is Nick's eighth new launch this year and will feature on Nick's popular 'Nick Hahaha' comedy block. The 'Bakra' episodes on Nick, chosen from the existing library, have already run on MTV over the last few years.

Hema Govindan, Vice President and General Manager, Nick India says, ''Bakra, whose popularity transcends all ages, will be a valuable addition to our already laugh-riotous 'Nick Hahaha' block which also includes 'Kenan and Kel', 'Drake and Josh' and 'Laurel and Hardy'. We're sure that 'Bakra' on Nick will make our young audiences smiling.'' For the people not familiar with the cult phenomenon of 'Bakra', this highly-rated half-hour show sportingly cons and makes 'bakras' of unsuspecting people. Crazy host Cyrus Broacha and his team put common public through strange situations with sometimes unexpected but always hilarious results, all captured on hidden cameras. 'Bakra' will air every weekday at 1830 hrs, repeating at 2130 hrs with one-hour specials at 1600.
