Asha Tai in war with 'Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge 2007' mentors

More than the contestants, 'Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge 2007' has become a Mahayudh between Asha Bhosle and the mentors. Earlier, the cold war was seen between Asha Tai and Himesh Reshammiya, but now Asha Tai has shifted her target from Himesh to Vishal, Shekhar and in fact against all the mentors.

It so happened that Sarika Singh (a contestant from Madhya Pradesh who is in Vishal and Shekhar's 'Hit it Gharana') fainted on the sets of 'Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge 2007' fearing that she would be eliminated from the show as Asha Bhosle told her that the song she sang was not appropriate. Vishal and Shekhar were not in favour of Ashaji's judgment, in fact none of the mentors agreed to her decision. Surprisingly Asha Tai eliminated Sarika, but judges had something else in their mind.

"Yes Sarika was eliminated by Asha Tai, but we all mentors decided to bring her back through first Brahamastra. However, there is no fight between the mentors and Asha Tai, as she is a legend and her decision is not at all questionable. Nevertheless, all mentors were sure that Sarika is a very good singer and she should not have been out and so we decided to bring her back", clarifies Vishal.

It seems that there might be a personal reason for Asha Bhosle to eliminate Sarika as she sang her sister Lata Mangeshkar's song! But definitely the stage seems to be a Mahayudh not among the singers, but between the mentors and the judges.
