'Gaajar ka Halwa' wreaks havoc. Big Boss, the taskmaster sinks into his weird moods and assigns funky tasks to the inmates of the house. Every week even as the elimination phase takes place the celebrities have to undergo various ordeals, but never before has such an interesting task been handed over keeping in view their shortcomings. The celebrities were each entrusted the task of doing things, which they never attempted to do, could not or have not done before. Big Boss agreed to exempt one member from elimination next week depending on the sincerity and hard work put into the mastering of the art.

It was indeed interesting to watch Carol learning Hindi poems and songs, as she is not able to comfortably converse in Hindi, Rupaali trying to become an item girl, mastering the art from Rakhi Sawant, the item queen herself, and Rakhi Sawant as the tragedy queen who has enact sentimental and touching scenes of the trials and tribulations of a model with Rahul as her guide. The sight of Ravi Kissen in the kitchen cooking Pav Bhaji and Gaajar ka Halwa when he hardly ventures beyond a cup of tea, Rahul Roy with mentor Amit trying hard to reduce weight and Amit entrusted with the task of learning good comical scenes with Ravi to teach him was equally exciting. Big Boss had specified that each one must have a guide from among himself or herself. Each of the inmates underwent the task with utmost sincerity though Carol had to struggle to master Hindi as she could hardly pronounce a word properly with her song "Kuch Kuch Hota Hai" almost sounding like an opera.

Rakhee desperately tried to teach Rupaali who could not easily get rid of her inhibitions. Rahul was often lazy to do the exercise and Rakhi got completely immersed her dialogues and melodramatic scenes. Ravi in every sense tried to be the 'baawarchi', cooking the food as well as dishing them out generously and lovingly.

Ravi's 'Gaajar ka Halwa' proved to be the bone of contention between Rakhi and Rupaali. Rakhi blamed Rupaali for not giving her carrots when she asked and later giving the same to Rahul Roy. Similarly when Amit asked for an extra helping of the halwa there emerged a difference of opinion between Rakhi and Rupaali. Eventually the two ended up having an open battle of words. In spite of being public figures, the twosome was extremely childish behaving like five-year olds.

Ravi can flaunt his culinary skills far and wide, with celebrities fighting over the irresistible taste of the halwa. A halwa could cause so much of commotion, even bringing their inner selves before the audience. Halwe ki kamaal, wah bhai wah!!
