Chaitanya
Chaudhary
of
"Kahiin
Toh
Hoga" will
soon
be
seen
on
Star
Plus
playing
the
character
of
Sagar
in
the
new
serial
"Sangam".
Here
are
some
of
the
foodie's
palate
favourites.
Are
you
a
complete
foodie
or
do
you
watch
what
you
eat?
I
used
to
be
an
all-out
foodie,
but
now
I
have
to
watch
what
I
eat
because
of
my
profession.
I
just
can't
afford
to
be
careless
about
it.
Your
favourite
cuisine
-Continental/Oriental/Indian/others.
Although
I
like
many
cuisines,
my
favourite
is
Chinese.
And
yes,
I
must
mention
that
I
love
lady's-finger,
I
simply
relish
Bhindi
Masala.
What
do
you
prefer
---
homemade
food
or
outside
food?
No
second
thoughts
about
this,
it
has
to
be
homemade
food.
Do
you
like
vegetarian
or
non-vegetarian
food?
I
like
both,
but
given
a
choice,
I
have
an
inclination
towards
non-vegetarian
fare.
What
drink
do
you
like
along
with
your
food?
I
don't
drink
anything
while
having
food.
I
drink
water
only
after
some
time.
This
is
because
water
dilutes
the
food
and
that
leads
to
proper
digestion.
Your
favorite
beverage?
Sweet-and-salt
lime
water.
I
think
this
drink
is
very
refreshing.
Any
hard
drinks
that
you
consume?
If
yes,
what
are
the
brands
you
prefer?
I
don't
take
hard
drinks
at
all.
What
about
junk
food?
I
do
like
Vada
Pao,
but
sadly
now
I
can't
eat
to
the
brim.
I
control
my
temptation
somehow.
Your
favourite
fast
food
eatery?
SubWay
sandwiches
are
an
all-time
favourite.
A
restaurant/eating
place
which
you
think
is
a
must-visit
for
all
and
sundry?
I
like
Aromas
of
China.
The
quality,
service
and
the
food,
all
are
just
amazing.
And
above
all,
it's
not
that
expensive
either.
Your
take
on
diet
and
health
food?
One
should
eat
lots
of
organic
food;
packed
foods
have
preservatives
in
them
and
are
dangerous.
Just
eat
healthy,
and
never
make
your
body
starve.
What
would
be
that
one
dish
which
you
will
not
be
able
to
resist?
Sweets,
and
I
just
can't
resist
chocolate
cakes.
Could
you
share
some
recipe
with
us?
I
don't
get
time
to
cook
often,
but
whenever
I
do,
I
try
out
this
and
that.
I
love
making
bhurjis,
especially
Egg
Bhurji
and
Egg
Pav
Bhaji
Bhurji.
I
would
like
to
share
the
recipe
of
Egg
Pav
Bhaji
Bhurji.
It's
one
of
the
easiest
to
make
and
tastes
fantastic.
Serves one
Ingredients:
Two
eggs
' chopped onion
1 finely chopped tomato
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 ' tsp pav bhaji masala
Salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
Method:
Beat
the
eggs
well.
On
a
heated
pan,
put
2
tbsp
of
oil
and
leave
for
two
minutes.
Put
in
the
chopped
onions,
and
fry
till
it
turns
golden
brown.
Add
the
chopped
tomato
and
mix
well.
Keep
stirring
till
the
tomato
starts
releasing
water.
Add
salt
according
to
taste,
and
put
in
a
tsp
of
red
chilli
powder,
1
'
tsp
of
pav
bhaji
masala.
Mix
well.
Cook
this
on
low
flame
for
two
minutes.
Finally,
add
the
eggs,
and
stir
well
until
fully
cooked.
Serve
hot
with
brown
bread.
