In
the
entertainment
world,
no
live
performance
is
devoid
of
risks.
Recently,
Jai
Bhanushali
aka
Neev
of
"Kayamath" tasted
this
bitter
truth
while
rehearsing
for
dance
show
"Jhalak
Dikhlaja".
"There
was
a
dance
sequence
where
I
had
to
lift
my
choreographer,
but
there
were
some
miscalculations
and
I
ended
up
with
an
injured
right
shoulder.
Firstly,
I
lifted
her
using
a
wrong
technique.
I
was
supposed
to
carry
her
on
my
shoulders
but
when
I
lifted
her,
she
accidentally
kicked
my
right
shoulder.
I
lost
balance
and
dropped
her
on
the
floor," recalls
Jai.
Such
is
the
injury
that
Jai
is
now
on
painkillers
but
since
the
show
must
go
on,
he
is
turning
up
both
for
the
rehearsals
of
the
dance
show
and
on
the
sets
of
his
serials.
"I
have
to
manage.
I
am
avoiding
all
the
stunts
and
just
rehearsing
the
steps.
In
serials,
there
is
not
much
use
of
my
hands
and
hence,
I
try
to
keep
myself
as
still
as
possible," says
Jai.
"Jai's
next
shoot
for
"Jhalak
Dikhlaja"
is
on
September
26
and
with
still
some
time
to
go,
the
actor
is
quite
confident
of
recovering
by
then.
"I
have
given
myself
a
week
so
that
I
can
recover,
but
if
I
don't,
then
we
will
have
to
change
all
the
choreography
and
cancel
all
the
stunts
in
the
performance,"
rues
Jai.
Now,
that
would
completely
rob
the
performance
of
its
charm.
Moreover,
it
would
also
mean
losing
precious
points.
So,
hope
we
catch
Jai
on
the
26th
in
good
health
