Johnny Lever joins Comedy Circus

Well, after a lot of entries and exits of stand-up comedians and celebrities, there is some relief in the form of the newly launched show 'Comedy Circus' on Sony. Veteran as well as ace comedian Johnny Lever will now join the panel of judges, which includes Archana Puran Singh and Satish Shah.

According to the format of the show, there are teams being made comprising a celebrity and a stand-up comedian. These teams fight it out with each other and the two weakest teams are put in the danger zone by the verdict of the judges and the studio audience. From among these two, one of the teams is finally eliminated by the votes of the other teams. We do not want to name the team members because most of them are out of work or seen in cameo roles.

Hopefully the teams will take a lesson or two from Johnny. What else can we suggest?
