Sunaina
Gulla's
journey
in
the
television
industry
started
two
years
back.
She
had
been
working
as
an
anchor
for
Voyage
Television.
Now,
after
making
it
through
the
Star
One
audition,
Sunaina
has
landed
herself
the
lead
role
of
Dr.
Anjali
Gupta
in
the
new
serial
"Dill
Mill
Gayye".
The
Harianvi
lass
is
quite
excited
about
her
big
break
in
television.
She
defines
the
show
as
"a
new
story
with
a
fresh
concept" that
revolves
around
five
exuberant
medical
interns.
The
story,
says
Sunaina,
has
love,
dream,
failure,
depression,
excitement,
tension
and
everything
else
that
normal
youngsters
go
through.
Though
the
characters
in
"Dill
Mill
Gayye"
have
been
taken
from
the
serial
"Sanjeevani",
it's
not
a
sequel,
she
points
out.
Sunaina
is
much
impressed
by
Mohnish
Behl,
who
plays
Dr.
Shashank
Gupta,
her
father
in
the
serial.
"He
is
a
thorough
professional
who
utilizes
his
experience
as
an
actor," says
Sunaina.
The
young
actress
is
also
in
awe
of
the
atmosphere
on
the
sets
where
"everybody
is
like
family".
During
her
growing
up
years,
Sunaina
had
traveled
a
lot
as
her
father
had
a
transferable
job.
No
wonder,
she
gets
nostalgic
remembering
her
nomadic
life,
moving
from
Assam
to
Bengal
and
to
Delhi.
The
journey
went
on
till
she
landed
in
Mumbai
and
the
dream
city
took
her
in.
The
mass
communication
graduate
has
since
found
her
true
calling
in
acting.
Sunaina
says
as
a
child
she
had
plenty
of
dreams
which
have
just
started
to
get
fulfilled
one
by
one.
Though
there
are
no
other
offers
in
hand
as
of
now,
the
budding
actress
is
hopeful
of
making
it
big
one
day.
Till
then,
it's
just
dreaming
on
and
on
for
her.
