IBN 7 launches fresh soap Bavandar

IBN 7 will soon hit the small screen with their fresh soap Bavandar, an honest, effective and informative insight into the verdicts of courts on historical cases. The weekly magazine on IBN, Bavandar, will showcase such social and judicial subjects which still create the same impact on human minds. Added to that, all the included cases in the show have steered Indian judicial process towards a new direction altogether.

It's the first serial of its kind on any Indian news channel. Along with dramatising the incidents in the serial, special care has been taken in order to keep the inherent truth alive all through the show. The show will truly introduce Indian audience with the true being of court in an entertaining way.

Ashutosh, the Managing Director of IBN 7, says, regarding the show, "Law has always been confusing to the mass. Media is called the fourth column of the constitution. So, explaining the intricacies of the law in a lucid way, we are just playing our actual role. We want our audience to take lesson from the show and fearlessly knock the door of the court."

It's quite interesting to recap that, few years back, even Sony Entertainment aired such a show with the title "Bhanvar". And it"s more interesting to know that it was Ashutosh who made the show.

However, Bavandar will try its best to make the show interesting enough with its dramatic approach illustrating how the incidents would have taken place and how the sessions would have run in the court. Ashutosh hopes people will know the Indian court better with this programme.

Famed actor Atul Kulkarni will host Bavandar. Actors like Harsh Chhaya, Sakshi Tanwar, Vinod Nagpal, Alka Ameen et all will portray few other characters in the show.
