set
to
go
into
the
Indian
Big
Brother
house
in
an
attempt
to
amend
her
public
image.
Goody,
27,
is
due
to
fly
to
Mumbai
August
14
to
prepare
for
the
show's
weekend
launch,
earning
a
whopping
100,000
pounds,
and
she
is
expected
to
enter
the
house
on
August
18.
Bollywood
star
Shilpa
Shetty,
33,
who
had
been
the
target
for
the
racial
slur
in
the
Celebrity
Big
Brother
show
last
year,
will
be
hosting
the
Indian
version
of
the
show,
called
Bigg
Boss.
Goody
told
her
family
that
she
could
be
away
for
three
Months
and
she
also
told
her
pals
that
she
is
nervous
about
being
in
the
show.
"Jade
wasn't
sure
when
she
was
first
approached
because
she
was
worried
about
how
the
Indian
housemates
and
public
might
react," the
Sun
quoted
a
source
as
saying.
"She
was
really
upset
about
everything
that
happened
after
the
scandal
last
year.
People
in
India
were
burning
effigies
of
her
in
the
street.
"But
she
really
wants
to
clear
her
name
and
prove
to
everyone
that
she's
not
a
racist,"
the
source
added.
In
2007
Jade,
wannabe
wag
Danielle
Lloyd
and
former
S
Club
7
singer
Jo
O'Meara
were
accused
of
making
racist
comments
about
fellow
housemate
Shetty.
Jade
was
caught
on
camera
calling
the
Bollywood
actress,
who
went
on
to
win
the
show,
"Shilpa
Poppadom".
