Rahul not marrying Monica Bedi

It is not surprising that Rahul Mahajan was the strongest contender to win Bigg Boss. After all he was the most witty participant in show. While he went gaga over feelings for Monica Bedi during the show he did a complete U turn and declined any intentions to marry the actress. He maintained that he and Monica were just good friends and there was nothing more between them.

On his political ambition the son of late BJP leader Pramod Mahajan said he would definitely join politics in future. At present he will campaign for his sister Poonam who will be fielded by the BJP in the coming Lok Sabha polls. He added that Bigg Boss has helped him clean up his image which had taken a beating in the past.

Ironically Rahul's statement comes just days after Monica said she respected his feelings and the two of them will have to talk seriously before taking the relationship any further. Rahul might have changed his mind after Abu Salem raised his objection to his relationship with Monica. Considering Abu's underworld connections Rahul intelligently must have put his head ahead of his heart.
