Baichung’s Rumba gets him a perfect 30

This week the judges took a serious decision. Juhi Chawla announced that the judges would be stricter with the scores. Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa - Dancing with the Stars 3 is now gaining momentum and the contestants need to pull up their socks and their dancing shoes and take the competition seriously. Little did they know that the celebrity contestants were all set to make them eat their words?

This week the level of performance far supersedes everything gone before. Unlike other weeks this week, there were not one but three superb performances that had the judges asking for more. Monica Bedi, who claims her dancing, has rusted after the long break away from the limelight, seems to have been jolted out of her complacency after being at the bottom last week.

She gave a scintillating Rumba performance which fetched her full marks from the judges. She was followed by Baichung Bhutia"s Rumba - least expected to work any wonders-but his amazing performances got him full 30 from the judges apart from the hugs and kisses that is Parul Chauhan with her International Freestyle simply lifted everybody"s spirits.

She just missed full marks by a whisker. After watching these mind-blowing acts it seems that in this race to the finish it is the hare that is caught napping while the tortoise is racing ahead.
