Raju Manwani, Aman Verma knock consumer court doors

By Super Admin

It seems like film financer N. Kumar is going to have a tough time now. Raju Manwani and Aman Verma have filed a case on him at the consumer court. Giving a brief about the case - Raju and Aman along with other people owned the premises in Poonam Plaza, Andheri-E in which they invested in the year 2003. It so happened that the builder/ film financier refused to give possession to the owners and has stalled the work progress of the property despite taking the amount from the owners.

Aman Verma and Raju Manwani had sent a legal notice and filed a criminal suit for harassing and playing fraudulent with them. Now once again Raju Manwani and Aman Verma have come together and filed a suit in the consumer court against N. Kumar.

“This is extremely annoying. We are just asking for our rights, things that we possess. We are not demanding anything out of the way. We tried all means and finally when we found there was no improvement, we had to take this step", says a much frustrated Aman Verma.

Raju Manwani too could not stop expressing his feelings in this context, “We are not begging for anything. We are asking something which belongs to us, we own it and we have full rights to attain it".

So is N. Kumar even aware of the court case? “Yes, he is aware, although we haven"t heard anything from his side. We believe in the jurisdiction of India and we hope it will live up to our hopes", says a good response awaiting Aman Verma. -Sampurn Media.
