The
Colors
channel
has
filed
a
writ
petition
with
the
Bombay
High
Court
against
the
Lonavala
Municipal
Corporation
(LMC)
after
the
civic
council's
CEO
Yogesh
Godse
recently
served
an
eviction
order
to
the
reality
show
'Bigg
Boss
4.'
The
order
asked
Colors
to
vacate
the
premises
in
Lonavala
and
stop
the
shooting
for
Bigg
Boss.
Colors
filed
a
petition
with
the
High
Court
seeking
a
stay
in
the
LMC
order.
The
LMC
passed
an
order
against
Colors
on
Thursday,
ordering
it
to
stop
Bigg
Boss
shooting
immediately
as
the
channel
had
not
submitted
proper
document
of
the
land.
The
notice
even
pointed
out
that
even
after
repeated
reminder
to
submit
proper
documents
of
the
property,
the
channel
has
not
submitted
them.
The
notice
also
carried
that
any
no-objection
certificate
cannot
be
granted
to
the
order.
But
reportedly
the
LMC
had
already
issued
a
no
objection
certificate
to
the
channel
for
the
shooting
of
'Bigg
Boss
4'
in
the
premises
of
Anti-Friction
Bearings
Company
Ltd.
The
reality
show
has
already
caused
a
great
deal
of
havoc
in
an
around
the
area.
The
place
has
seen
several
protest
by
the
Shiv
Sena
against
'Bigg
Boss
4'
for
allowing
Pakistani
contestants
into
the
show.
