Acting is a tough profession but the rewards are equally good. Who wouldn"t be lured by a sponsored trip to a foreign destination? A particular news channel has been shelling out lakhs of rupees by taking the celebrities to foreign lands. The likes of Harshad Chopda and Arjun Bijlani have experienced an all-paid trip to Australia.

This time is was the turn of Gaurav Chopra, a.k.a Abeer of 'Yeh Pyar Na Ho Hoga" fame. The actor was taken on a three-day trip to Oman, his first trip to the desert nation.

Speaking of the Omani people, he says, “Though quite short, it was a wonderful trip for me as I"ve never been to Oman before. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that a majority of its people speak Hindi. I was really touched when the local people confessed knowing me, and that they watch Hindi serials regularly."

As for sightseeing, the actor went on a cruise, where he saw the dolphins swim, had a camel ride, and Dirt bike riding in the desert. They were supposed to go for a desert safari as well but the paucity of time didn"t allow them the luxury.

The actor wasn"t all alone; he had the pleasurable company of pretty white women. One of them even pecked the guy regularly.

When asked, where he found such company, Khanna replied, “The ladies were staying at the resort. They got all excited looking at the camera. They then requested the director, wanting to be a part of the video and were duly obliged."

What about the kiss, did he enjoy or was he embarrassed by his fellow tourist"s antics?

Laughs!

“That is something which I wouldn"t like to comment upon. All, I can say is that I was taken by surprise. It wasn"t planned," the actor signs off.
