Malaria affected Gurmeet resumes shoot

Gurmeet Chaudhary, who essays the character of Maan in Star One"s serial 'Geet", was suffering from Malaria. The doctor advised him to take complete bed rest. But working under any condition is one of the cruel truths of daily soap. Thus, even after being infected with Malaria Gurmeet has folded his sleeves to complete his shoots at any cost.

Worried Debina says, “Gurmeet has resumed shooting from yesterday despite doctor"s advice to take complete bed rest. Initially, we thought of shooting the episode in our house so that he can work from home and take rest. But arranging for shoot inside the house turned to be a painful affair. It made the house messier and we were asked to manage for more things which were quite troublesome. So instead of bringing all the stuff into the house, Gurmeet decided that he will himself go for the shoot and work for few hours".

“But I am feeling very worried as tonight I am leaving for Chennai for my shoot. I won"t be here to look after him or to remind him to take medicines on time. Hope he gets well soon. The production and the channel are sending lots of 'get well soon" wishes but are not giving time to rest. After all its work which cannot be ignored", says perturbed Debina.
