updated
his
social
networking
site"s
status
showing
concern
about
a
small
kid
crying
and
begging.
It
seemed
that
the
incident
had
really
touched
the
guy.
Yes!
Romit
was
moved
and
says,
“Today
I
was
in
a
very
good
mood
when
I
left
my
home
for
the
shoot.
I
stopped
at
the
signal
and
a
very
small
kid
came
to
me
and
begged
for
money.
He
had
tears
in
his
eyes
but
was
still
smiling.
His
face
was
charming
as
well.
The
kid
was
very
cute.
The
incident
made
me
to
think
that
the
government
bans
child
labour
and
yet
does
nothing
for
such
poor
kids
who
have
to
beg
on
the
roads.
Why
do
their
parents
give
birth
to
the
kids
if
they
themselves
survive
on
a
hand
to
mouth
basis?" asks
Romit.
“But
a
child
is
an
extra
helping
hand
for
a
poor
family;
the
more
children
they
have,
the
more
alms
they
get.
A
child
is
an
asset
to
beggars.
The
government
has
to
take
some
measures
like
keeping
such
children
in
institutions
which
will
provide
them
with
the
basic
necessities.
Their
parents
need
to
get
operated
on,
instead
of
having
more
children
who
will
have
to
beg
in
the
streets," adds
Romit.
But
do
you
think
that
the
problem
will
be
solved
by
thinking?
“Here
is
where
the
problem
lies;
we
have
thinkers
but
not
executors." So
would
you
like
to
be
an
executor?
“I
was
thinking
of
starting
a
NGO
for
these
poor
kids.
But
who
will
provide
the
funding?
Who
will
sustain
it?
It
is
only
the
government
who
can
stop
this
kind
of
insanity,"
clarified
Romit.
Romit
even
if
you
cannot
be
an
executor,
you
have
added
your
name
to
the
list
of
thinkers!
