Sara Khan undergoes an operation

Last time during the shooting of STAR Parivaar Awards 2010 Sara Khan had badly fractured her right elbow and it seems that she has become accident-prone ever since. She recently had to undergo operation for the cyst in her stomach at the Lilavati hospital.

Sara confirmed about her cyst operation. She, underwent an excruciating amount of pain and had to go for an operation. It was very painful as she had six stitches. Luckily the operation went smooth without any complications.

Her diet doesn't include spicy food as she is under antibiotics. Boy friend Ali Merchant had been very helpful but was busy with shooting and thus her foster brother Ayush Aggrawal who plays Mohit of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata has been taking full care of her. She proclaims him to be like her own brother.

Ayush says that he loves taking care of her 'sister" and is always one step ahead to help her anyway. He has been taking care of her in all her needy times and has acted like a true brother.
