signed
a
grand
thief
named
Bunty,
who
had
robbed
100
showrooms
and
more
than
300
houses
in
Delhi
before
the
police
could
nab
him
in
2007.
Bunty
alias
Devinder
Singh
is
the
inspiration
behind
the
making
of
the
movie
Oye
Lucky
Lucky
Oye
starring
Abhay
Deol.
The
film
also
depicts
how
the
police
was
totally
clueless
regarding
his
whereabouts
for
more
than
five
years.
Bunty
is
a
reformed
person
now
and
is
going
to
make
his
debut
in
the
reality
show
'Bigg
Boss".
Bunty
has
already
signed
the
contract
with
the
show
to
be
a
part
of
the
13
contestants
in
the
house.
According
to
a
source,
“It
was
quite
a
tough
job
to
meet
him.
The
creative
heads
of
the
channel
had
this
idea
first.
Bunty
keeps
absconding
and
continues
to
change
his
phone
numbers.
He
was
surprised
when
he
was
finally
contacted
but
finally
accepted
it.
According
to
a
contract
signed
by
him,
Bunty
cannot
talk
to
the
media
and
disclose
anything".

added,
“The
controversial
characters
in
the
show
have
always
been
in
the
news.
The
show
was
extensively
discussed
over
media
when
it
signed
Rahul
Mahajan
and
Monica
Bedi
as
both
of
them
were
controversial
figures".
