Amitabh locked as the host of KBC for the next 2 seasons

He is someone whom the world knows as 'God' of Bollywood. We are sure that the very moment we mention 'God' of Bollywood, the only name that pops up in your mind is that of Amitabh Bachchan, who today, is not just ruling the silver screen, but also the telly land, with 'Kaun Banega Crorepati' (KBC), the show that has rewritten history, despite of which channel it is being aired on!

After the humongous response to KBC 4, Sony Entertainment Television (SET) has now signed on Big B for the next two seasons. Even Big B tweeted to his 'followers' saying "Sony and I have signed on for KBC for the next two seasons… your blessings and encouragement needed in abundance!"

Readers may recall that the first season of KBC was launched in July 2000, on Star Plus channel, which was subsequently followed by the second season. It was only in the third season that SRK took over the reins from Big B. And with the fourth season, not only the host was changed (from SRK, back to Big B) but even the channel was shifted from Star Plus to Sony Entertainment Television.

With Big B getting 'locked' with SET for two seasons, no prizes for guessing as to what will everyone's appointment diaries will read at 9 pm!
