Avika Gor talks about her future plans

Though Avika Gor has moved ahead with new roles in serial like 'Sasural Simar Ka', the young actress says that the character Anandi from 'Balika Vadhu' will always be close to her heart. That character which was full of innocence and charm, led her to stardom as an actor.

Talking about her present character in 'Sasural Simar Ka', Avika says that it matches a lot to her character in real life. She is the same happy go lucky girl, like her character in the daily soap. Though Avika is busy with her shoots and academics, she makes it a point to watch each episode of 'Balika Vadhu'.

Avika also says that if she finds time she visits the sets of 'Balika Vadhu' to meet her ex-co-actors. The actress who got a chance to work with Bollywood told PTI, “In case of a TV show, we wrap up many scenes in a single day, in films shots are not canned until they are perfect. So, the pace of work is more relaxed." Avika will next be seen in a film by filmmaker Priyadarshan.

As a future plan, Avika aspires to enter a beauty pageant. The actress is very particular about her studies and makes sure that it is not affected by her round the clock shooting schedules. She also plans to study mass communication or film making course as part of her higher studies.
