says
that
she
has
no
regrets
in
being
evicted
from
the
Bigg
Boss
house
as
her
purpose
of
highlighting
the
cause
of
transgenders
has
been
served.
Laxmi
also
received
help
from
Salman
Khan
in
her
attempt
to
fight
for
the
transgenders
cause.
Social
activist
Laxmi
Narayan
Tripathi,
who
have
been
actively
advocating
her
cause
of
transgenders
for
nearly
12
years
now.
She
first
met
Salman
Khan
on
Salman's
TV
reality
show
Dus
ka
Dum,
followed
by
the
controversial
Sach
Ka
Saamna
two
years
ago
and
now
Bigg
Boss.
Speaking
about
Salman
Khan
in
a
telephonic
interview
with
PTI,
Laxmi
Tripathi
said,
“Salman
Khan,
like
a
true
man,
had
the
guts
to
stand
by
a
transgender
having
me
as
a
guest
on
Dus
ka
Dum.
By
taking
up
Bigg
Boss
I
wanted
to
show
that
even
a
transgender
can
live
a
normal
life
with
love
and
harmony,
they
need
not
be
treated
differently."
Laxmi
further
added,
“I
thought
people
need
to
be
told
the
truth
about
us,
so
appeared
on
Sach
ka
Saamna.
I
have
done
all
the
controversial
reality
shows."
Speaking
about
Pooja
Mishra
in
the
Bigg
Boss
5
house,
Laxmi
Tripathi
said
that
Pooja
is
playing
very
well.
Laxmi
said,
“Pooja
is
the
footage
queen.
She
has
seen
previous
seasons
and
knows
what
sells.
So
that's
what
she
is
doing.
She
is
picking
up
fights
with
everyone".
Terming
her
42-day
stay
inside
the
house
as
fantastic,
Laxmi
says
she
would
love
to
go
back
inside.
"There
is
so
much
love
inside
the
house.
I
made
friends
with
Pooja
Bedi,
Shonali
Nagrani,
Juhi
Parmar.
It
was
the
real
Laxmi
that
you
saw
on
the
show.
I
had
forgotten
that
there
were
cameras
around," said
Laxmi.
