Bigg Boss 5: Salman Khan makes a last minute entry

Salman Khan flew to Mumbai from Istanbul last week to keep his commitment with the makers of Bigg Boss. After completing 6-7 hours of shooting at Karjat for Bigg Boss 5, Salman Khan flew back to Istanbul to shoot for his forthcoming Yash Raj Films Ek Tha Tiger.

Salman Khan has been shuttling from Turkey to Mumbai and vice versa over the past few days. Whether it is his family, Bigg Boss 5 or good friend Himesh Reshammiya, everybody wants a bit of Salman's time.

Salman Khan had no time to recuperate after his recent surgery to rectify his nerve disorder. Soon after his surgery, Salman Khan began shooting for Yash Raj Films Ek Tha Tiger. As he had already made commitments to the makers of Bigg Boss 5, Sallu decided to go ahead with the show.

Last week, there was high tension and drama behind the scenes of Bigg Boss 5 as the makers were unsure if Salman Khan could come to Mumbai for the shooting on Saturday. Salman's co-host Sanjay Dutt was also told that he might have to shoot minus Salman and was already handed over an alternative script.

Though Salman Khan had been informed of the shooting much in advance, Bigg Boss 5 was unsure if he could make it on time as Yash Raj Films have been working on a tight schedule. Besides, they got the permission to shoot in volatile places of Istanbul with a lot of difficulty.

However, all's well for now as Salman Khan has made it to the Bigg Boss 5 house. However, only time will tell how much Salman can keep his health going!
