Amitabh Bachchan astonished by KBC 5 contestant's incredible feat

Amitabh Bachchan has been astonished by the incredible feat of Bihar-based teacher Sushil Kumar on Kaun Banega Crorepati 5. Big B attributed his jackpot win to the strength of the common man. The 27-year-old Kumar has correctly answered the final question worth Rs five crore and has become the first person to win the full prize money on the fifth season of the game show.

Talking to about Sushil Kumar on his blog, KBC 5 host Amitabh Bachchan writes, "A young man from the interiors of Bihar, earning a meagre salary of just Rs 6,500 per month, coming from the most humblest of back grounds, reaches the Hot Seat and cracks the ultimate prize Rs 5 cr rupees !! An incredible feat ! This is what the common man is all about."

Sushil Kumar is a computer operator and a part-time tutor in Bihar. He recently got married. Big B added, "This is what KBC is all about Rs given an opportunity the common man has the strength the ability and the acumen to prove to the world that he is the best and second to none."

However, the episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati 5, which features Sushil Kumar's jackpot win, will be aired on Sony TV on November 2.
