Star Parivaar Awards goes international

Mumbai (PTI) Following in the footsteps of Bollywood awards, who have gone international, the TV awards 'Star Parivaar' will be held in Macau on February 24.

The entire telly-land will revel in the beautiful city of Macau at the award ceremony at The Venetian Macao, on February 24. "Over the years, Star Parivaar has grown to be the biggest and the most revered family in entertainment space in India. The year 2011 promises to be bigger and better. We hope to bring an event full of exuberance, innovation and an unforgettable sizzling, iconic experience for our viewers," said Anupam Vasudev of Star India.

The award ceremony promises to showcase a never-before-seen spectacle, a grand opening act and a surprise mega-finale. The Star Parivaar awards were introduced by Star Plus in 2003. The function will be telecast April 3.
