Veena Malik's FIR annulled

By Kalyani Prasad Keshri

Veena Malik's FIR against an ex-employee for her theft at her Lahore home was annulled on Monday. Veena informs that she had filed an FIR against Muhammad Munir and later flew back to India to fulfill her work commitments. Her absence for the case made it invalid.

“I filed an FIR against Muhammad Munir. Due to work commitments, I flew back to India. How can I be accused of not co-operating in the investigation? Why will I have such an attitude when my money (16 lakh) and gold was stolen?"says Veena to TOI.

Veena had hired Muhammad on cricketer and ex-beau Mohammad Asif"s suggestion. She told, “Asif had recommended him to me. Only God knows if Asif got this done."
