Bade Acche Lagte Hain: Viewers slam the five year leap!

Ekta Kapoor's popular serial, Bade Acche Lagte Hain is all set for a five year leap after which Priya Kapoor (Sakshi Tanwar) will shift to Dubai. In last night's episode, we saw that Priya is pregnant with Ram's child.

There will be a lot of changes post leap. It's being said that Ram will marry Priya's sister Ayesha to safeguard the family's reputation since Ayesha is pregnant with Sid's child. While there is no doubt that Bade Acche Lagte Hain on Sony TV is one of the most popular soap operas existing today, viewers are no doubt very upset about the leap and the so-called changes that are likely to take place post the jump. Now, it is upto Ekta Kapoor to ensure that the TRP of Bade Acche Lagte Hain does not go down.

I was under an impression that this story is something new and interesting to watch but I was wrong because Ekta can never think something good.... I am sure more than half of the people will hate the story after the leap and thus will bring the same end for her serial " FLOP serial" as usual......

Ekta should stop this killing her refreshing approach of analyzing romance between two mature people by first bringing in typical saas-bahu stuff (Priya v/s Niharika) and now those boring old twists that Priya's sister is pregnant so Ram has to marry her (for gods sake-this is 21st Century). If she plays with this boring and predictable theme, a great serial will be converted into mediocre one.

I don't really care what this new RK feels about Priya. But Priya shouldn't consider him more than a friend or brother. Otherwise trps are sure to fall.

Ridiculous! Why can't the producer of the show get it... the audience is against this new storyline. Sorry, this show is definitely not for me anymore..really disappointed!

Ekta Kapoor can be a really destructive brat. Bade acche lagte hain serial ko bekar kar diya. criss cross connections kyun karti hain? must have been a bratty kid, achhe rakho serials.

It was such lovely series - mature and interesting to watch. Finally Ekta has managed to murder the series. What a shame! When will the day arrive when Indian soap opera will end with the same grace as it begins?

I have stopped watching the serial Bade Acche Lagte Hain after hearing that Ram and Priya will not be together. but plz do somthig for your TRP sake. you can't afford a big loss of viewers.

u r right, i also will stop watching the show....i cant understand how Ekta can ruin a mature love story......and after five years leap it's just turn serial type story nothing any reality. so i want its TRP to decrease.

what is the necessity of sudden changes in the story? It started as RAm aur priya ka matured love story, she has to continue like that only. Why all this mess and khichidi to eat viewers brains. i already stoped to see after reading your comments here. i dont think TRP will increase.

I think Ekta Kapoor is confident that what ever served will be taken by the viewers. Don't be so foolish. You cant run a single episode with out Sakshi, only for her sake this serial is running. Whoever pairs with Sakshi will be promoted to star. This is her capacity. The serial is famous not due to Ekta and her team. Please stop this nonsense story, at least we expect that much decency from you

Such a matured story so far and I guess they can't help make it such a big big mess. Ram marrying Ayesha! The usp of the show is Ram and Priya, anything messing with that is tantamount to disaster.

change is accepted in many situations but according to Ekta Kapoor she is creating the same mess with the popular couple. the story outline is ridiculous!
