Ram Kapoor, Sakshi Tanwar bag Dadasaheb Phalke awards

Ram Kapoor and Sakshi Tanwar, who recently made headlines with their passionate kissing act on Sony TV's Bade Acche Lagte Hain, has a reason to smile. While Ram Kapoor bagged the trophy for the Best Television Actor, Sakshi Tanwar won the award for the Best Television Actress at the Dadasaheb Phalke awards.

Ekta Kapoor's Bade Acche Lagte Hain has struck a chord among the TV audience. In fact, it has even set a trend by showcasing intimate scenes on TV for the first time. While Ram and Sakshi won the best actor and best actress Dadasaheb Phalke awards, producer Ekta Kapoor won the Best Producer award for Bade Acche Lagte Hain.

The Bade Acche Lagte Hain team are extremely happy that an unexpected appreciation has come their way and are therefore working doubly hard. As all of Ekta Kapoor's previous serials, Bade Acche Lagte Hain will also have 4-5 years jump. The intention is to introduce a new twist to make the plot more interesting.
