Ram Kapoor and Sakshi Tanwar had created quite an uproar in the telly industry with their famous smooching scene in Ekta Kapoor's Bade Acche Lagte Hain on Sony TV. Now it's the turn of a young teenage couple to kiss in Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke on Zee TV.
Zee TV's Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke went one step ahead recently when the central characters - Gunjan (essayed by Roopal Tyagi) and Mayank (portrayed by Ankit Gera) locked their lips on screen.
The Indian television is slowly 'going beyond' catering for the family audience. Just before shooting for the kissing scene, Roopal was extremely nervous and even called up her parents in Bangalore to take their permission for the kiss.
Shooting the 'kissing scene' in Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke was no less than an 'event' as on D-day, only four people were allowed inside the room and that included producer Neelima Bajpai. The young actress was apparently very afraid that her smooching scene might give light to more scandal.
Bade Acche Lagte Hain has paved way for more bold and intense scenes in soap operas to be showcased on prime time slots.
