The contestants of the Masterchef Kitchen ke Superstar will be asked to prepare Barfeelay Sholay using a special technique that involves using Liquid Nitrogen. Speaking about the challenge ahead, Chef Kunal Kapoor said, "Liquid Nitrogen freezes things in a second and has a temperature of -165 degrees, while using it one must be very careful and completely alert." The chef further added that this special technique requires 100% perfection and any mistake made could be dangerous for the person using it.
