Chennai Express team was on the set of Comedy Nights with Kapil the other day. The Baadshah of Bollywood - Shahrukh Khan along with his lead actress Deepika Padukone and the director of the film Rohit Shetty were at the sets to promote their film Chennai Express.
The latest trend of promoting films on popular television shows have doubled in the recent times. Previously, the Ghanchakkar team - Emraan Hashmi and Vidya Balan and the Lootera team - Ranveer Singh and Sonakshi Sinha, were on this show to do the same.
The show Comedy Nights, which started only two weeks back, has already gained great response from the viewers. The reason for this being the quality of the show. All the actors associated with this show, be it Kapil Sharma, Ali Asgar, Sumona Chakravarti, Sunil Grover, Naseem Vicky, Soni Singh or Upasana Singh are doing a great job entertaining the viewers.
This week it is the King Khan's film Chennai Express that is here to promote their film. The film is directed by Rohit Shetty, and is produced by Gauri Khan. Shahrukh Khan and Deepika Padukone are playing the lead roles and the film is said to hit the screens on August 8th.
