Ranbir and Deepika to hit small screen

Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani stars Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone are ready to take the small screen route to promote their forthcoming romantic film. They will shoot together with the cast of the serial Pyaar Ka Dard Hai.

The duo will shoot with the cast in Mumbai on Monday. "They are doing this for the promotion of their movie. They will be coming to celebrate Pankhuri's (lead female character) birthday," said a source. Extensive promotional tour has been planned for the movie Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani.

The movie is directed by Ayan Mukerji and produced by Karan Johar. The basic plot of this movie is about these two younsters, Bunny played by Ranbir Kapoor and Naina played by Deepika Padukone, who were friends in their childhood.

The special episode, featuring the Bollywood stars, will air on May 27. Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, directed by Ayan Mukerji, is hitting the big screens on May 31.
