Bigg Boss 8's judgment day had captain Gautam Gulati rewarding and punishing contestants who deserved it. Gautam rewarded Puneet by nominating him for captaincy and punished RJ Preetam for breaking rules or refusing to work.

It was obvious that Gautam would nominate Puneet even before his meeting all the contestants one after another. As expected he announced Puneet's name stating his hard work under his captaincy. Next, it was time to punish the one who failed to perform their best. Though Gautam named Karishma Tanna, Diandra Soares, Sonali Raut and Praneet Bhatt, he decided to punish Preetam because he refused to work for the first two days and refused to be a part of Gautam's meeting.

Preetam in high spirits accepted the punishment, as he had already predicted. But, the punishment this time was extremely painful- 'Separating a sack-full of wheat from rice seeds!'
