Kapil Sharma's comedy show, Comedy Nights With Kapil, completes one year of entertaining viewers. The Colors show is celebrating it's first anniversary today, 22nd May 2014.

The comedy show that has catapulted to heights never expected has turned 1 today. The show that has had almost all the Bollywood celebs promoting their films on the show, including biggies like Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Hrithik Roshan, Farhan Akhtar, Deepika Padukone, Priyanka Chopra, Hema Malini, Vidya Balan and many others.

Produced and hosted by Kapil Sharma, the show has not only had Bollywood celebs but has off late, been having sports personalities like Kapil Dev, Sunil Gavaskar, Virender Sehwag and Sania Mirza.

The comedy show in the span of one year has gone through numerous ups and downs, cried and laughed along with the viewers of the show. From fire accidents to legal issues, the show has survived quite a issues. One of the most biggest hit to te show was Gutthi, Sunil Grover's exit from the show.

When the fire caused external damage, Sunil's exit caused internal strain. The show had to struggle for a period of time to sustain the viewership. Over time, however, the show regained the applauds and has remained on the top of the game ever since.
