Yes, the same ‘Daadi’ who flirts and dances with the celebrity guests is so hugely popular that one sometimes tends to forget he is a man! • Ali Asgar began his career on Indian television as a child artiste at the age of 15!

• Did you know that his first role was that of a child detective in a detective series ‘Ek Do Teen Chaar’ in 1980’s. He was a part of a group of child detectives solving crimes and robberies. This serial was loosely based on Enid Blyton’s ‘Famous Five’!

• The man with the funny bone pursued Hotel Management aiming to start a restaurant business abroad but stayed back as his parents wanted him to be with them!

• The winner of Comedy Circus Season 1 and Comedy Circus ke Tansen, Ali Asgar became a household name with the role of Kamal Agarwal in ‘Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki’.

• Ali Asgar can leave anyone in splits but still feels it is a challenge and devices new antics to enthrall them.

• Ali reveres veteran actors Mehmood, Sanjeev Kumar and believes Agha had the best comic timing ever!
