Govinda And Karisma 90s Magic On Sunil Grover's Mad In India

Sunil Grover's Mad In India took the audience back to 90s with the couple who set screens on fire back then, Govinda and Karisma Kapoor. The hit couple not only were interactive, but also danced on some of their hit numbers as well.

Govinda and Karisma had made many hits including Hero No 1, Haseena Mann Jayega, Cooli No 1 and Raja Babu to name a few, and they definitely were a sensation each time they were on screen together and after a long time this jodi are going to be back on screen.

Manish Paul, host of Mad In India, talking about this episode, said that when usually film stars come on the sets, it is to promote a film, but they wanted to do something different and it turned out that everybody in the team is a fan of Govinda and Karisma. Especially Karisma's since he used to put up posters of her.

Govinda and Karisma apparently had not met for the past three years and as soon as they met they were seen chatting for hours.

Sunil Grover's Mad In India aired last Sunday and though there had been pretty harsh comparisons of the show with Kapil Sharma's Comedy Nights With Kapil, the show did promise to be pretty good. Govinda and Karisma happen to be the second guests on the show, while Baba Ramdev was the first.
