Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon 2, 24th April written episode: While Astha is lost in the thought whether Shlok will be able to see her face, he enters the guest room and holds Astha’s hands. He takes her out of the room and goes to the waterbody. They see the faces of each other on the water surface. The ritual is nor broken and Shlok’s desire is fulfilled.

Anjali gives a thali to Astha that carries sindur, mangalsutra and an apple. She instructs that Shlok has to put the mangalsutra around her neck, then he can lift her veil. Next they have to eat the apple together.

When Astha comes to Shlok, he becomes down on his knee and stretches his palm. There Astha sees the same mangalsutra, which he tore one day. He apologozes to Astha for all his misbehaviours and says that he wants to make a fresh start with the mangalsutra.

Shlok tells Astha that she has been able to rouse the original Shlok, who was hidden inside the egoist outer shield. He claims that he is happy with this original personality of himself. He promises to keep her happy forever.

Amid the preparation of the function, Sojal receives a news of her mother’s accident and breaks down. When Anjali informs it to Niranjan, he calls his doctor friend and tells him to take care of Jaya.

Anjali insists that Sojal can once go to the hospital and come back before the function. Niranjan’s face becomes stiff. He says that Sojal cannot leave the preparation of the function and Anjali should give instructions accordingly.

When Anjali declares that Sojal cannot go out, Varad, Shlok and Astha think that it is Anjali who is being heartless. Shlok thinks of complaining to Niranjan. When he talks with Niranjan and criticizes Anjali, Niranjan tells him that there can be different types of people in a family and one has to adjust with others. He assures that Jaya is out of danger. When Shlok leaves, Niranjan murmurs that Shlok should not interfere into the matters of family.
