Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon 2: 5th May; Astha Takes A Big Step for Jyoti

Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon 2, 5th May written episode: Astha bursts on Kalindi for lying to her. Jyoti defends Kalindi saying that she insisted her doing so. She tells Astha that she tried to contact her several times, but failed. She tells the whole story of her plight to Astha. Astha insists on taking Jyoti back home, but Jyoti declines.

As Astha expresses her concern for Jyoti, she says that her parents are not concerned for her at all. They are more concerned for their honour, regrets Jyoti. She wants Astha to promise that she will not mention anything to Shlok. Astha agrees and she also promises that she would never let her go back to Abhay’s place. She vows that she will fight for justice.

Siddarth brings a book for Jyoti, written for pregnant women. Jyoti thinks that time has come to tell him the truth about her. She fails to talk as he leaves for office in a hurry. At office he keeps seeing her photo in his laptop. When Varad comes, he quickly hides it.

At home, Astha sees Abhay enjoying sweet dishes. She insults him saying that he is least concerned for Jyoti. She also asks why Jyoti became compelled to take such big step. Abhay becomes defiant. Anjali comes and scolds Astha. Abhay accuses Anjali of hiding Jyoti and telling lies. He becomes scared of Astha. Bua suggests that Astha should be kept on watch.

Astha watches the worries of Shlok and Varad. Shlok regrets that perhaps there was some gap in their understanding and so, Jyoti could not confide in her brothers. Astha thinks they must know the truth.

Astha calls Avdhoot and talks secretly. She suggests some step to let the Agnihotris know about Jyoti. Sojal sees Astha talking in phone secretly, but cannot follow her. Avdhoot discusses the matter at home. Kalindi thinks it can bring danger for Jyoti. But Avdhoot says that he has complete faith on Astha and they should do what she suggests.
