Jhalak Dikhla Jaa 7 recently had a number of exits from the show. Some of them expected and some surprised and some shocked. While Purab Kohli got eliminated as a contestant, Drashti Dhami and Ranvir Shorey were asked to quit hosting. The Ukranian judge Maksim Chmerkovskiy on the other hand had signed only 4 episodes for the show.
Jhalak 7, which started with a bang with their first week, had to face criticises the following weeks. Though some of the dance performances were top notch, some were below expectations. Due to which VJ Andy got eliminated the first week and Purab Kohli the next.
Keeping the dancing part of the show aside, the hosts Drashti Dhami and Ranvir Shorey faced the most criticism. Drashti in particular, who is the winner of Jhalak Dikhla Jaa 6 had to face harsh remarks regarding her hosting skills. The result of which Colors had to let ger go even though she was the hot favourite of thousands. Following Drashti, Ranvir too was asked to leave, the latest reports say.
There are talks that Manish Paul might be back to hosting the show, but there hasn't been any official announcement as such regarding this.
Also, the international judge who graced the show too left the show last week. The Ukranian ball room dancer, choreographer and winner of many international shows was ont he Colors' dance reality show for only four episodes had bid his adios last week.
This Jhalak this week will have a number of changes on the show for the viewers. Let's wait and watch which work and which don't.
