Jodha Akbar: Rukhaiya Kills Zeenat

Jodha Akbar 15th October written episode: While Akbar scolds Moti and Zakira for their negligence, Hoshier informs that Zeenat and Quasim have fled. He madly searches for them with the help of Bharmal, Todarmal and Man Singh. The Mughal soldiers block all the gates of escape.

Rahim finds the false finger while playing in the garden. He takes it to Salima. Zakira sees it and explains that it is a false finger which helps giving poison to a person, without causing any damage to the killer’s finger. Salima remembers that she saw Zeenat searching for something in the garden. The doctor examines it and confirms the same. She adds that she doubted Zeenat for giving a wrong medicine to Rukaiya to cause her illness, so that she becomes distant from Hussain.

It becomes clear that Zeenat has murdered both the children. Akbar is informed. Zeenat and Quasim keep running inside the Mughal palace. They become separated from each other for safety. Zeenat tries to escape through the Mughal Harem.

Rukaiya madly searches for Zeenat to punish her. Zeenat runs here and there with her child. The baby’s cry alarms Rukaiya. The culprit is caught soon. Rukaiya snatches her child and says that she will kill it. Zeenat begs for mercy. Salima stops Rukaiya from killing the baby. Rukaiya orders for poison and gives it to Zeenat. Zeenat meets her end soon.

Bharmal and others find out Quasim. Bharmal alone fights against him and kills him. Akbar also loses his mind like Rukaiya. Jodha feels guilty for leaving Hussain to Zeenat. Hussain’s last rites are arranged soon. Akbar denies following the rites saying that he has lost faith in God, who has failed to protect his children! He will again become a merciless ruler without any love or emotion, says Akbar.
