Jodha Akbar: Akbar Blames Jodha For Hussain's Death!

Jodha Akbar 16th October written episode: Jodha (Paridhi Sharma) sees Akbar (Rajat Tokas) drenching in rain. She comes to him and says that he should not torture himself for the grim incidents. He gives a tough stare at her and says that she is responsible for Hussain’s death. He remembers that he told her to be with Hussain on that ominous night, but she stayed with him.

Jodha thinks he is right. The chemistry of love which always made the couple feel blessed, now makes both of them feel guilty. Their relationship is almost dead, with an unfathomable distance between the two.

Gulbadan Begum consoles a grief- stricken Rukaiya. When Hamida and Salima come to meet her, she blames them for the misfortune as they advocated that the child should be kept with Jodha. Salima reminds Rukaiya that it was Zeenat who poisoned the children. And Rukaiya selected Zeenat as Hussain’s babysitter, while everyone wanted Jodha to look after the child.
Jalal undergoes a mammoth change. He again turns into a ruthless ruler with zero mercy. His grief and anger keep coming out through his weapons. He becomes tough on the King of Chitor who has sheltered some enemies of the Mughal Empire. He declares war against Chitor.

Jodha decides to stop Akbar from attacking Rajbanshi people. He refuses paying heed to her and orders her to perform the pre-war rites. Hamida tells Jodha not to ignore the rites even if she differs with the King. Jodha cuts her finger in Akbar’s sword and puts tilak with blood. She tells the Emperor that she is the first Rajbanshi to be wounded by him! He remains indifferent to everything!
