Jodha Akbar: Salim Sent To Warfront: Jodha’s Heart Broken!

Jodha Akbar December 17th episode: When Akbar and Jodha argue over the issue of Salim, a maid tells them to promptly go to the scale of justice and see what Salim has done! They become shocked to find that Salim has set the scale on fire. Jodha and Hamida fear a disastrous impact of the incident.

Everyone waits in the court for Akbar’s judgment. Akbar declares that Salim will be sent to the warfront with Khan-e-Khana Rahim and Raja Man Singh. He will be trained for war. Akbar adds that Salim will be treated like a common boy and will get no advantage of being a prince. Jodha stands up for protest. Akbar says that he will not change his decision.

Rukaiya comes to her room and celebrates her victory. She remembers how she added alcohol to the pot of drink that was ordered by Haider to a maid servant. She knew that Salim will take the drink with other children. She wanted Salim to become drunk and lose control over his behaviour. She thinks that her revenge upon Jodha is complete.

Jodha comes to Akbar and complains that his behavior is inhuman. He pays no heed to her. At last she helplessly requests him to change his decision and not to detach her from Salim. He says that Salim should grow up as a responsible human being, not a spoilt child.

Soon they are informed that Salim has got ready in his armour to go to the warfront. Akbar gives him formal farewell and stops Jodha from going close to him. Jodha is completely shattered.
