Jodha Akbar: Jodha Appreciates Akbar For His Decision

Jodha Akbar November 18th episode: Rahim keeps watch on Salim when little Salim is collecting firewood inside the forest. Soon Rahim discovers Akbar behind him. Akbar explains that a father could not prevent himself from seeing his son.

Salim collects a little amount of firewood and thinks it would not be enough for fuel. Suddenly he hears some people discussing about an event where food and clothes will be distributed in front of the temple. He thinks he should go there and collect some food for Fatima Bi and himself.

Salim joins the crowd of needy people, to collect food and clothes. He stretches his little hands and sees that the distributor is none other than Jodha. Jodha sees that his little hands are wounded by thorns. She nurses his hands and gives him food. He takes the food and a blanket with a stoic expression because he thinks that Jodha does not care for him.

But Jodha cannot stop herself from following Salim secretly. Salim lifts the burden of firewood on one hand and takes the food and blanket on another. He walks up to the hut of Fatima Bi. He gives her the food.

Jodha goes to the hut and secretly watches how Salim is being responsible towards a poor woman. Jodha tells Akbar that she violated his order and went to see Salim. Akbar confesses that he has violated his order too, being a father.

Jodha says that Salim’s condition pained her, but at the very same time she is happy to see the development of his humanity. She appreciates Akbar’s decision. He wishes for Kader's fast recovery and Salim's return to the palace.

Akbar keeps watch on Salim’s security. He takes an equal share of punishment with his son. On the other hand, Kader shows little sign of recovery.
