Jodha Akbar: Salima Is Punished For The Crime Of Rukaiya

Jodha Akbar November 26th episode: Salima goes to the festival to report the matter of Salim to Akbar. Akbar refuses to give attention as he is engrossed in Tansen’s music. Salima goes to meet Jodha and tells her that she has seen Rukaiya adding something to Salim’s milk. Jodha gives her a tough glare and says that Rukaiya has made the same complaint against her.

Doctor attends Salim and diagnoses marijuana intoxication. Salima and Rukaiya keep blaming each other. Akbar says that he will solve the matter after talking with Salim. He waits for Salim’s recovery, as he believes that being a child Salim will say the truth.

After Salim gets back to senses, Akbar arranges a private court where he interrogates the suspects. Rukaiya argues that Salima has given marijuana to Salim to make him sick, so that her son Murad can get the throne. Akbar calls Salim and asks him which of the two queens gives him something, that makes him dizzy. Salim points his finger at Salima.

Salima gets shocked at this false statement of Salim. She loses the power to prove her innocence. Akbar insists on talking separately with Salima, who helplessly surrenders to the situation. Salima says that she has neither witness nor proof to establish her innocence. She totally gives up and remains silent.

Akbar orders Salima’s arrest. Salima is cordoned by the officers. She moves with them and sees doubt in everyone’s eyes. Rahim comes to her and says that he will never forgive her for this crime. Salima is hurt beyond all limits seeing distrust in Rahim.
