"Immediate and punitive action should be taken against the person who did it. It should be shown to the world to ensure such instances aren't repeated" he said to IBNLive.com. "This incident goes on to prove the fact that there is no security for the artistes. How do we interpret a situation wherein a person can come and hit a star in Filmcity? This shows stars aren't safe in Filmcity," Kushal added.

India's Raw Star's grand finale turned out to be a nightmare for the host of the show Gauhar Khan. The Bigg Boss 7 winner and popular actress was slapped by a person from the crowd, who managed to escape the security and the police to get to her on stage and attack her.

"A man from the audience slapped the anchor. She shouted and her colleagues called the Police control room. And we arrested him. He has been charged for molestation," a Police officer is reported to have said.

The two, Gauhar and Kushal met on the sets of Bigg Boss 7 and they are together ever since and their romance and love story was one of the most talked about controversies during the season of the controversial reality show.
