Madhubala - Ek Ishq Ek Junoon: 30th April; Raju Forcefully Taken To Asylum

Madhubala - Ek Ishq Ek Junoon 30th April written episode: Madhu arranges a surprise for Raju. She calls him inside the bedroom when it is dark. He becomes scared in darkness. Madhu gives him courage to overcome this phobia. She shows him fluorescent show pieces in shapes of stars and moon, hanging in the room. Raju’s innocent excitement charms her.

Raju paints Madhu’s portrait when she is sleeping. Madhu wakes up at night and discovers the painting. She sees Raju nowhere in the room. She calls him several times, to be answered by Abhay, who says that he has sent Raju for ‘taking rest’. Madhu becomes impatient to see him. Abhay takes her to the balcony.

Madhu sees that some men are forcing Raju into an asylum ambulance. Raju keeps shouting that he is not mad. Leela and Sweety enjoy the scene. As Madhu finds that the lift is not working, she rushes through the stairs to save Raju.

Dolly keeps worrying for Madhu and Raju as she apprehends that Abhay’s anger can result into something very bad. She comes to Abhay’s room and talks with Sweety, who insults her. Sweety accuses her of being sympathetic to Madhu and ignorant to her own nephew Abhay. Dolly says that she has the responsibility to keep peace in the house, in Bebe’s absence. And she cannot let Abhay take wrong steps out of anger.

Madhu tries to fight with the men and save Raju, only to be thrashed by them. When the car takes Raju away, and Madhu crawls on the road, Abhay enjoys the scene from his balcony. Madhu’s suffering makes him glow.
