Bigg Boss 8 Weekend Ka Vaar with Salman Khan had the Dabangg star showing on stage how Arjun Kapoor started working out and how he started his push-ups which eventually helped him shed his 130 Kgs of weight. Arjun was on the show promoting his upcoming film Tevar.

Salman, the host of the controversial reality show, after passing comments on Arjun's slight relapse with weight gain, explained to his viewers how Arjun lost his weight to become a Bollywood actor and how he started hi weight loss from doing push-ups on the walls, then moving on to steps and then to the ground and finally push-ups with weights.

The duo were also seen trying push-ups on stage with a couple of little girls among the crowd. Salman was content with the girls walking on his back and seemed not bothered about showing off his push-up skills. Arjun too did not put much effort in showing off on stage.

After all the talks on Arjun's weight, Salman then moved to the lady in his life currently. When Arjun joined Salman on Bigg Boss 8 stage, Salman asked Arjun, if he could save one among, Alia Bhatt and Parineeti Chopra, from drowning, whom would he choose to save? Though Arjun said he would save Sonakshi Sinha, Salman was seen teasing him saying, he should rather save Alia since Sonakshi and Parineeti would save themselves and Alia would need his rescuing more than the others.
