The Weekend Ka Vaar episode with Salman Khan had Renee getting eliminated from the show for failing to impress the viewers to give her enough votes. With her being the current captain, she had to nominate two contestants who have to fight it out to become a captain and she chose to give the best buds, Praneet and Preetam.

Though Preetam had already won the immunity for the coming week, he tried to ask her reconsider so someone else can give it a shot. But Renee was not in a mood to listen to anyone so there was no question of her changing her choice. So here they are the best buddies from the day one ready to fight each other to win the captaincy.

Bigg Boss 8's P3G have been one of the strongest pacts on the show this season but the latest turn of events seem to be targeting them with full force as they are being threatened from all sides. With Preetam and Praneet fighting for captaincy, Puneet and the other two 'P's don't seem to be lacking compatibility off late. Also Gautam has been having continuous issues with Praneet and their tiff has got to Puneet too as he has been placing opposition to Praneet at many instances.
