Rajat Tokas And Paridhi Sharma To Quit Jodha Akbar Post Leap?

Rajat Tokas and Paridhi Sharma, who are currently playing Akbar and Jodha respectively in the popular historical show Jodha Akbar, have apparently taken a stand regarding the 15 year leap their show is taking soon.They might quit if the leap takes place, reports say.

There have been confirmed reports that said that the Zee TV's hit show Jodha Akbar will take a 15 year leap in October and the show will then shift from Jodha and Akbar being the center of the story to Salim and Anarkali. This apparently has not gone down well with the current protagonists of the show, Rajat and Paridhi and they have decided to put down their papers.

There hasn't been any official confirmation regarding this, though there are fans panicking about their favourite stars quitting their most loved show.

Currently on the show, Jodha is pregnant with twins and Akbar is over the moon to be a father soon. While Rukhaiya's jealousy about Akbar and Jodha continues, there is an entry of a new character into the show. A lady who seems to have captured Akbar's interest. Whether she is going to be Akbar's next love interest or someone who is sent to again disrupt Akbar's life is to be seen as the show progresses.

Back to the topic of Rajat and Paridhi quitting the show, the news definitely is a bad one for their fans and let's wait and hope the reports are false and the TV's favourite Jodha and Akbar continue to entertain the viewers.
